Physical Technique

A few years ago, I had a nasty bout of the flu/bronchitis/pneumonia... but I'm SO grateful for it. I was so wrecked after it that my doctor sent me to a physical therapist and it changed my life. The key factor in the shift was this ribcage stabilization exercise that my therapist taught me. I've applied it to my singing and my students have also benefited from it, so I finally made a video to share.
